White Knight Home Services was born from a simple idea:  to provide watchful eyesight over critical aspects of residential homes while their owners are away.  Founder and President, Steven Hudoba, always had a strong interest in operations and security.  During his 40+ years as a licensed CPA, Steven observed hundreds of client locations, including retail stores, hospitals, warehouses, operations centers and many, many data centers.  Steven has a curiosity that compliments his nose for finding the little issues before they become challenges.

Steven recently retired from his professional career and is now focused on providing top notch service to clients primarily in the Lake Minnetonka area and the surrounding communities.  His vision is to deliver the information that homeowners want to know when they’re not at home.  This includes immediate communication/updates, including photos or optional narrated videos, following each visit either via text message or email.

Steven Hudoba is a graduate of Benilde-St. Margarets High School, a four-time graduate of the University of Minnesota, a licensed CPA in Minnesota and California, a Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Information Systems Auditor, and a Certified Fraud Examiner.  Steven spent 14 years in Big Four accounting firms, 20 years in internal auditing and compliance leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies, and 10 years in various consulting roles.  About half of Steven’s career was focused on IT controls and information security.  He is the past President of the Minnesota Chapter of The Information Systems Audit and Control Association and the Los Angeles Chapter of The Institute of Internal Auditors.  He currently officiates high school swimming and diving for the Lake Conference schools.
