Home Monitoring Services

White Knight offers you the choice between Outside-Only and Inside-and-Outside in-person visits to your home.

You decide if you want Outside-Only or Inside-and-Outside visits.
You specify the beginning and ending dates to fit your schedule.
You choose the frequency of the visits or an ala carte one-time visit.
You can make special requests to check on things (e.g., sprinkler working?)
You can get optional narrated videos of home walk-arounds for $5 each.
All visits will have pre-defined procedures for notifications to you and/or appropriate authorities for various incidents that may occur.
We offer certain emergency management services to deal with your problems on your behalf. These are available for all monitoring service contracts and require your specific authorization to proceed.

Outside Only includes:

Complete walk-around and inspection of exterior of the whole house.
Inspection of door locks and windows.
Picking up/moving newspapers, flyers, mail, etc. and moving to your preferred location.
Photos of anything interesting and of things you request.
Alerting you immediately and appropriate authorities of fires, break-ins, etc.
Optional narrated video of walk-around @ $5 each.

Inside and Outside includes:

Alerting you immediately and appropriate authorities of fires, break-ins, visible issues with appliances or utilities, etc.

Add-On Emergency Management Services

Please Note: our standard home monitoring services do include identification of issues that may arise while you're away. When we observe something that doesn't look quite right, we'll notify you with an appropriate level of urgency, and include photos or videos as needed.

Our Add-On Emergency Management Services take this a step further.

Available for all Home Monitoring customers on demand, the Add-On Emergency Services provide further comfort to homeowners who are away. If and when a home emergency arises, such as a water pipe breaking, a roof leaking, or any of a thousand other minor matters that can arise with a house, we can help assess and manage remediation of the issue.

In the event of a home emergency, we can provide additional services to investigate and resolve the matter. Our Add-On Emergency Services begin with an Initial Assessment, an evaluation of options, our recommendation on how to proceed, and discussions with you to determine a further course of action.

Our Initial Evaluation includes:

An initial assessment of emergency conditions and our evaluation of options and our recommendation on how to proceed.
Discussions with you to evaluate options and to determine the course of action.
No further work will be performed without your specific consent.
With your consent, we can identify, evaluate and engage contractor(s) to resolve the matter.

Initial Evaluation $100

Additionally, if desired, we can contract to:

Oversee contractor work, on-site, and confirm satisfactory resolution.
Provide photos and/or videos throughout to keep you informed.
Pricing varies and depends on project requirements.

Referral Services

Referral Services are quoted based on the specific requirements and can include one or more service providers. Please note any additional services you're requesting in our Request for Quotation Form, found on the Services Tab (https://www.whiteknightmtka.com/services)
